News: Red Rat Mourns The Loss of his Father

One of Jamaica’s prominent entertainers is suffering the loss of his father. Wallace Wilson Snr., father of Wallace Wilson Jnr a.k.a Red Rat passed away Tuesday March 27 in Florida. Red Rat’s father suffered a stroke a month ago and was in a coma until he succumbed to his comatose statein Florida where he has been since his illness.

The loss of his father is a huge loss for Red Rat, as those who know him can attest to the closeness and strong bond that existed between the two.

"My father was like my mother and father, I basically grew up with him alone," the DJ said.

He continued, "It a mash me up still, but mi haffi gwaan hold strong fi him sake."
