News: TnT's E-Zone now Airing in Canada

"Trinidad and Tobago’s very own Caribbean entertainment show, E-Zone, is now on air in Toronto, Canada. The show premiered on OMNI 1 last Friday right after the David Letterman Show. E-Zone, which is now in its fifth season, is shown in 14 Caribbean territories and covers the people, places and faces of the West Indian diaspora.

According to the show’s producer, Lisa Wickham, E-Zone’s aim is to “showcase the Caribbean from our perspective, the way we really are without compromising on the quality of the production.”

To date, the show has covered most of the other festivals in the Caribbean and has featured several of the leading names in Soca, Chutney, Zouk and Cadence among other genres of Caribbean music. Guests on the show to date have included Rupee, Destra, Shurwayne Winchester, Machel Montano, Alison Hinds, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, Usher, Ashanti, El-A-Kru of Antigua and Sir Richard Branson."
