There can be no doubt about this as 91.9FM successfully launched its latest project - Soca Thursdays at Pier 1. Soca lovers came out to not only enjoy the Soca, both old and new, but also to see another sterling performance by the Man of Fire, Maximus Dan.

The brilliant lyricist commanded the enthusiastic audience as he took them through his many hits including Kick It Way, Moving On, Soca Train, Zion and Fly. Maximus’s compositions take the term social commentary to another level and can be compared to some of the best in calypso."
