News: Wanted Soca Artist Turns Himself In

"A soca artiste wanted by police in connection with the shooting death of his brother Dillon Cruickshank made himself "available" to police officers yesterday when he voluntarily walked into the Port of Spain CID.
The artiste walked into the Richmond Street CID accompanied by his manager and his attorney Wayne Sturge.
Media reports stated that the entertainer was last seen in South Trinidad but the Express, accompanied by the artiste's manager and lawyer, went to a Belmont home, a stone's throw away from the Port of Spain General Hospital, where the artiste was."

I have a feeling the artist is Blazer as I believe his real name is Troydon Cruickshank. I'm sure we will find out in the near future.
