News: Mistrial Declared in Biggie Case

The wrongful-death case of Notorious B.I.G. was declared a mistrial by a federal judge on Wednesday. U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper believed that the Los Angeles Police Department had withheld key evidence in the case. "I've labored with pain and sweat just to find what happened to my son," said the late rapper's mom, Voletta Wallace, at a press conference Thursday. Biggie's family plans to refile the suit.
